Yali Zheng

Dr. Yali Zheng obtained her Ph.D. degree from the School of Information and Communication Engineering at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in June 2024. In July 2024, she joined Qianyuan Laboratory as an Assistant Researcher. She is now a post-doctoral at the School of Intelligent Software and Engineering, Nanjing University. Her research interests include data and energy integrated networks, optimisation management of wireless network resources, and intrinsic intelligence communication networks.

She has actively participated in multiple key projects, including key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the National Key Research and Development Program, and key basic research projects in Jiangsu Province. She has published 9 papers in top-tier journals and major conferences, such as IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications (TWC). She has also been granted/applied for 3 Chinese invention patents and 1 international patent (Patent Cooperation Treaty, PCT). She contributed to the writing of the monograph, Data and Energy Integrated Networks (a project under the “13th Five-Year Plan” National Key Publication Planning Project-Major Publishing Engineering). She serves as a reviewer for major journals of communications field such as IEEE Transactions on Communications (TCOM), IEEE Internet of Things Journal (IoTJ) and IEEE Wireless Communications Letters (WCL), and as a Technical Program Committee (TPC) member for IEEE ICC’25. Her journal publications have been awarded the Academic Rising Star Award by UESTC. Leveraging her research achievements, she has received various scholarships and honors, including the National Scholarship, China Scholarship Council (CSC) Study Abroad Scholarship, and provincial/university-level Outstanding Graduate Awards.
