Dr. Yuwen Yang received her B.Eng. degree from Xidian University in 2018 and her Ph.D. degree from Tsinghua University in 2023. She then joined Huawei’s Wireless Network Research Department through the company’s “Genius Youth” program in 2023, before moving to the Intelligent Networking and Communications (NINE) Institute at the School of Intelligent Software and Engineering, Nanjing University, in 2026.
Her research centers on the intersection of AI and networking, with a dual focus on Network for AI and AI for Network. Her specific interests include network optimization for intelligent terminals, as well as multi-agent communication and perception optimization.
Dr. Yang has published 13 high-quality papers to date, including 10 SCI-indexed journal papers (nine as first author, three of which have each garnered over 200 citations on Google Scholar) and three papers at top-tier conferences. Her work has accumulated 1,200+ citations on Google Scholar. In addition, she holds 21+ granted patents, with a further 40+ pending review.
